Bond is now hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager for an Agri-Foods company in the Downpatrick Area.  Your duty in this Continuous Improvement Manager role will be to drive the improvement of the company’s process and systems.  You will implement programmes that will benefit and improve existing processes in a Lean Manufacturing Environment. 

As a Continuous Improvement Manager you must:

  • You will hold a degree or other third level qualification alongside experience of working in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of tools - Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, and Kanban

As a continuous Improvement Manger Role will include:

  • You will evaluate the current Lean Manufacturing operation.  Following your analysis you will put an action in plan to improve operational performance

  • You will promote, encourage and develop a culture that is fixed on improving all areas of the business

  • You will also identify the performance and speed of lines.  It will then be your intention to improve efficiency through continuous improvement methods and tools.  Some of these including; Work Study, Task Mapping, 5S etc.
