Our public sector client is currently recruiting for a temporary part-time Receptionist on an on-going basis. Contracted hours will be as below:

 

Week 1 (26 hrs)

Friday                    2.45pm -9.45pm

Monday               2.45pm – 9.15pm

Tuesday               8.15am – 3.15pm

Wednesday        3.45pm – 9.15pm

Week 2 (21.5 hrs)

Friday                    7.15am – 3.15pm

Monday               2.45pm – 9.15pm

Tuesday               8.15am – 3.15pm

 

Job Description

  • Act as first point of contact to all visitors and incoming enquiries
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail
  • Operate membership and booking systems
  • Ensure all relevant member documentation is filled out and filed
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Creating and maintaining customer databases

 

Role Requirements

  • 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including English and Maths A-C or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a receptionist role
  • Experience dealing with the public
  • Excellent MS Office skills
