We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in North Belfast.
This is a temporary position to cover maternity for 9 months.
- Hourly rate £8
- Monday- Friday 0830-1700
- Immediate start
- On-site parking available
- Temporary maternity cover
- Managing a switchboard (8-10 lines)
- Organising incoming and outgoing post
- Answer incoming calls and take messages
- Assist with new starts and issues offer letters, reference checks
- General administrative duties
- 1 year of previous administrative experience
- Previous experience operating a switchboard is desirable
- 5 GCSEs to include Eng + Maths A-C
- RSA Stage 1 in Typing is desirable
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Excellent computer skills
