Administrator/Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in North Belfast.

This is a temporary position to cover maternity for 9 months.

 

Job Details

  • Hourly rate £8
  • Monday- Friday 0830-1700
  • Immediate start
  • On-site parking available
  • Temporary maternity cover

Job Duties

  • Managing a switchboard (8-10 lines)
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post
  • Answer incoming calls and take messages
  • Assist with new starts and issues offer letters, reference checks
  • General administrative duties

 Essential Criteria

  • 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • Previous experience operating a switchboard is desirable
  • 5 GCSEs to include Eng + Maths A-C
  • RSA Stage 1 in Typing is desirable
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent computer skills
