Bond Information Technology (I.T.) is a trading name of Bond Search & Selection Ltd, established in Belfast in September 2003 we specialise in the recruitment of IT professionals at all levels throughout Northern Ireland. We have won multiple awards both locally and nationally, and remain the only Northern Irish recruitment company to win a UK Recruiter Award for Excellence.

For Candidates: We employ experienced, informed consultants who understand their specialist sectors. We are aware of the need for complete confidentiality in representing you in your job search and your details will only be released to an employer when we receive your express permission. We will deal with you openly, honestly and transparently throughout the recruitment process.

For Clients: Our aim is to work with you in partnership to provide properly screened shortlists of relevant candidates to streamline your recruitment processes. We are not a CV forwarding service, but interview candidates for specific job roles and only submit those that meet your criteria. Our approach is genuinely different, we are a specialist consultancy employing some of the most experienced professional recruiters in the country and have a track record of delivering high quality recruitment services to many of Northern Ireland’s leading companies including SME’s, Top 200 companies and public sector bodies.
